• A Player Rating is any tennis skill-level information displayed within 10sConnect.
• Player Ratings are intended solely to assist users in identifying potential practice partners.
• Unless expressly identified within the Services as verified by 10sConnect, Player Ratings are not independently verified by 10sConnect.
• 10sConnect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or current validity of any Player Rating.
• Player Ratings should not be interpreted as official rankings, certifications, endorsements, or guarantees of a player’s current ability.
• Information displayed within 10sConnect should not be interpreted as being provided, verified, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any third-party
  rating.
• organization, governing body, or tennis association unless expressly stated by 10sConnect.
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate Player Rating information.

• Connect compatible tennis players
• Process Match Requests and confirmations
• Process payments and refunds

• Deliver notifications

• Protect users and maintain platform security

4. Location Services

10sConnect helps players discover nearby tennis facilities and compatible practice partners.

With your permission, we may access your device’s GPS location to improve location-based features.

You may also manually search for or select tennis facilities without enabling GPS.

Location information may be used to:

• Display nearby tennis facilities
• Calculate search distances
• Apply search radius preferences
• Display maps
• Help facilitate match planning

You may disable location permissions through your device settings at any time. Certain features may not function properly without location access.

10sConnect does not continuously track your location in the background unless specifically disclosed within the Services and authorized by you.

5. Payments

• Payments made through 10sConnect are securely processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
• 10sConnect does not ordinarily store complete payment card numbers.
• Payment processors may collect information necessary to process payments, refunds, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable financial regulations.

9. Minor Users

• 10sConnect is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
• Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use 10sConnect only with the knowledge, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the Services, including communications, payments, and participation in matches.
• Parents are encouraged to supervise matches involving minors and determine whether another player and playing location are appropriate.
• 10sConnect is not intended for children under the age of 13.

10. Data Security

• We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.
• Although we work to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Account Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your account through the account deletion feature within the application or by contacting us at support@10sconnect.com.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to:

• Complete payment or refund obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud
• Enforce our agreements
• Comply with applicable law

Deleting the application from your device does not automatically delete your account.
