These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 10sConnect mobile application (“App”) provided by 10sConnect LLC (“Company”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

  • You may not use the App if your account has been suspended or terminated by the Company.


2. Account Creation

  • To access the App’s features, you must create an account as a Player, Parent, or Coach.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.


3. Match Setup and Participation

  • Players may create, join, or accept tennis matches using the App.

  • Match participation may involve payment of a match fee, which is deducted upon confirmation.

  • Match details are visible to other users for discovery and coordination.


4. Payment

  • Payments for matches, coaching sessions, and other services are processed through the App via a third-party provider.

  • The Company may charge a service fee for certain transactions.

  • By using the App, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize payment processing.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the time frame defined in the App.

  • Refunds are subject to the platform’s refund policy and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • For any dispute, please contact customer support directly through the App.


6. User Conduct

  • You agree to treat other users (players, parents, coaches) respectfully and professionally.

  • Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the App will result in suspension or termination.

  • Any abuse of the rating, feedback, or communication system is strictly prohibited.


7. Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any physical injuries, disagreements, or disputes arising from matches or coaching sessions.

  • The Company is not liable for any third-party services, facilities, or locations used during matches.

  • Users are responsible for their own safety and well-being while participating in activities organized through the App.


8. Termination

  • The Company may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting customer support.


9. Modifications to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

  • You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
