Respect Every Player

• Treat every player with courtesy, honesty, and sportsmanship.
• Healthy competition is encouraged. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not.

Keep Your Profile Accurate

Your profile helps us connect you with compatible players.

Please keep your information reasonably accurate, including your:

• Player Rating
• Playing preferences
• Availability
• Profile photo

Accurate profiles help create better matches for everyone.

Honor Your Commitments

• Only request or accept matches that you reasonably intend to play.
• If your plans change, cancel as early as possible so the other player has an opportunity to make other arrangements.
• Respecting other players’ time helps build a stronger community.

Communicate Respectfully

Use in-app messaging and other communication features responsibly.

Do not send:

• Harassing messages
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Offensive or discriminatory content
• Spam
• Unwanted solicitations

Treat other players the same way you would on the tennis court.

Respect Privacy

• Respect the privacy of other users.
• Do not share another person’s personal information without their permission.
• Only use information obtained through 10sConnect for purposes related to participating in the platform.

Share Appropriate Content

Photos, posts, Journal entries, Player Cards, and other content should be respectful and appropriate for our tennis community.
Do not upload content that:

• Violates another person’s rights
• Is unlawful
• Is abusive or threatening
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Promotes illegal activity
• Is intended to deceive other users

You should only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Play Fair

10sConnect is built on trust.
Please do not:

• Create fake accounts
• Misrepresent your identity
• Misrepresent your Player Rating
• Attempt to manipulate the matching process
• Abuse the cancellation system
• Circumvent platform fees
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Put Safety First

Use good judgment whenever meeting another player.
Whenever practical:

• Meet at public tennis facilities.
• Let someone know where you’re playing.
• Trust your instincts.
• Report inappropriate behavior.

Parents and guardians should supervise matches involving minors whenever appropriate.

• We review reports carefully and may investigate situations that affect the safety or integrity of the 10sConnect community.

Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• A warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from 10sConnect

Depending on the severity of the conduct, we may take action immediately to help protect our community.
