10sConnect is a platform that helps tennis players connect with compatible practice partners based on user-selected preferences, including Player Rating, location, availability, and other matching criteria.

How the App Works

1. A user creates an account and completes a player profile.
2. The user submits a Match Request by selecting their preferred playing criteria.
3. Compatible players may receive and accept the Match Request.
4. Once accepted, the requesting player confirms whether they would like to proceed with the proposed match.
5. If confirmed, both players receive the match details and may communicate through the app to coordinate the match.

Payments

• 10sConnect charges users for confirmed matches.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy available within the app and on our website.

Location Services

The app requests access to the user’s location only with permission.

Location information is used to:

• Help users discover nearby tennis facilities.
• Apply user-selected search radius preferences.
• Improve player matching.

Users may also manually select tennis facilities without enabling GPS location.

The app does not use location information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Player Ratings

• 10sConnect displays Player Ratings to help users identify compatible practice partners.
• Unless expressly identified within the app as verified by 10sConnect, Player Ratings are not independently verified by 10sConnect and should not be interpreted as official rankings or endorsements.

User Content

Users may create and manage:

• Profile photographs
• Journal entries
• Player Cards
• Messages
• Social posts
• Photos

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

Minor Users

• 10sConnect is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
• Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the app only with the knowledge, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Third-Party Services

The production application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase
• Google Maps Platform
• Stripe

Account Deletion

Users may initiate account deletion through the account deletion feature within the app.
